It’s hard to express the amount pride we here at KRCC feel both in our region and our local music scene after this past weekend’s Prairie Home Companion at the World Arena, which featured both a touchingly amusing poem about Colorado Springs by Garrison Keillor and, of course, the amazing Haunted Windchimes from Pueblo, Colorado. What made us most proud was how much our region sounded like the place we all know it to be: amazingly beautiful, diverse and culturally rich. It’s about time!
